This Skill Development Centre, being established by Mr. Mohamed Kasim, serves as the means of livelihood for several young minds and entrepreneurs – especially those who are aspiring to succeed in Hospitality business. The centre offers a 10-day workshop to teach the art of making Parotta – a food of delicacy, in different styles, with appropriate instructions from mixing the dough in appropriate proportions till baking it crispy in coal filled stove.
