This Skill Development Centre, being established by Mr. Mohamed Kasim, serves as the means of livelihood for several young minds and entrepreneurs – especially those who are aspiring to succeed in Hospitality business. The centre offers a 10-day workshop to teach the art of making Parotta – a food of delicacy, in different styles, with appropriate instructions from mixing the dough in appropriate proportions till baking it crispy in coal filled stove. Mr. Kasim had explained the status quo of how the people of other districts of Tamil Nadu, other parts of India and other foreign countries perceive Parotta and put down the history of making this food as delicious one under several varieties in several mixture of ingredients.
