Kutladampatti is a village in Vadipatti Block in Madurai District, Tamil Nadu State, India.It is located 27 km north of Madurai and 5 km from Vadipatti. The village is surroundedby nearby villages like Ramaiyanpatty,Poochampatti, Mettu Perumal Nagar, Thathappanayakkanpatty, and Neerethan. Kutladampatti is surrounded by Alanganallur Block, Nilakottai Block, Madurai West Block, and Chellampatti Block. The village is located on the border of Madurai and Dindigul Districts, with Dindigul District Nilakottai to the west. The village is a reserve forest with a restricted time period and visiting hours (9am-5pm). The area is known for its beautiful natural environment, including grand oak trees, fragrant sandalwood trees, and medicinal plants. The region is also known for its handicrafts, including pottery, weaving, and basket making.
